Almost daily I see articles about 'Artificial Intelligence', also known as 'AI'. Personally, I think all industries and departments will gain from it but let's take the HR department as an example: 'candidate matching ' and 'Data entry' will be done by intelligent bots.
With the rise of innovations such as these, jobs will definitely change. You want to let your workforce use the freed-up time what they do the best. To do so, we should change the way how we develop our workforce and what we teach as the required skill set is changing.
